TOPIC: Agile Executive/Leadership Training Game Board - David Chilcott/Pat Reed
This session is an opportunity for us to use the Agile Executive/Leadership Training Game Training Board prototype in a "real world" setting (ie: in front of other people) to explore how to create a context where executives and people in leadership could most effectively learn about the benefits and challenges of adopting Agile principles, values and practices in their organizations.
The underlying learning metaphor is a Team Board Game where "Winning" means getting EVERYONE to "Done" with the lowest time and highest business value.
It models the following agile concepts and practices: Iterations, Mutual Accountability, Transparency, Dynamic Prioritization by Value, Sprint Task Board, Big Public Display of Information.
